What if my reference's email address is incorrect?

You will need to delete the original request and add a new one with the correct email address.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Hire an Esquire account.
  • Click Settings on the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  • Look for the References section on the left-hand side (if you’re on a mobile device, you will need to click the menu icon and then References).
  • On this page, you can delete the incorrect request using the “Delete” button to the right of the reference’s name. Then, add a new request with the updated email address using the form below.
